Bihar DElEd Counselling 2023: The Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB) has announced the commencement of the counselling process for the Diploma in Elementary Education (DElEd) course for the academic year 2023-25. The counselling process will be conducted online and will be based on the merit list prepared by the BSEB.
